BOOKING CONDITIONS

PAYMENT
The reservation is confirmed when the tenant has paid the deposit online (25% of the amount of the stay). The balance will be payable on the day of your arrival by cash, check or holidays voucher.

TERMINATION
30 days or more before the arrival : an amount equal to 25% of the price of the stay will be retained.
Between 29 days et 15 days before the arrival : an amount equal to 50% of the price of the stay will be retained.
Between 14 days and the arrival day : an amount equal to the total price of the stay will be retained.

ARRIVAL
Key collection takes place from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Please contact us on 06 47 08 57 00 or 06 07 23 02 15 when you arrive at the residence. In case of late arrival, please notify us so we can offer you a self check-in.

DEPARTURE
The accommodation must be vacated no later than 10 a.m. 

MEANS OF PAYMENT

PRICES

  • The prices include : 
    • The charges : water, electricity, heating
    • Beds linen and beds made on arrival
    • Towels
    • End of stay cleaning ( except for the kitchen area). However, the tenant will be asked to put the accommodation in order : sweep the floor, clean the kitchen, empty the fridge and the dishwasher, wash and store the dishes, empty the trash and  remove the sheets from beds.
    • Collective private outdoor parking
    • Wifi
    • Access to the indoor heated swimming pool and jacuzzi.
  • Additional tourist tax : 5% of the price (excluding tax) per night per occupant (maximum 2€30).
  • All pets are welcome with an extra daily fee of 5€.
